Registration
After June 12th, participants can register via online system, but payment will be possible only at the registration desk at the conference venue.
Please note that payment of registration fees at the registration desk can only be made in cash (credit cards are not accepted) and only in Dinars.
Payment Instructions
Upon completion of registration via the conference website, participants will receive an email with fee payment instructions, including a proforma invoice and bank transfer details. Please note that the cost of the bank transfer will be borne by the participant.
If the fee is paid by the participant’s institution (university, company) the participant must provide the required institutional details at the time of registration.
Students must provide proof of their status at the time of registration, e.g., a certificate of enrollment from the university or a photocopy of their student ID card, in order to be entitled to student fees.
Gala Dinner & Excursion
If participants are interested in attending the planned social events (Gala Dinner & Excursion), they can select these when registering.
In this case, the cost of the selected events is included in the registration fee.
On-site registration for these events is possible if places are still available.
Please note that the registration fee as well as the fees for the Gala Dinner and the Excursion can only be paid in cash at the registration desk and only in dinars. Credit cards are not accepted.

*In the case of cash payments for social events, the organizers can only issue confirmation that we have received the cash to cover the cost of the gala dinner and/or the excursion attended. This confirmation will only be issued at the request of the participant for the purpose of reimbursement.
